Eon Peptides Partner Program Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Eon Peptides Partner Program ("the program," "we," "us") collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers partner applicants, approved partners, and the limited referral data we process about customers who order through a partner's link or code. It is a working draft and will be finalized under counsel review before real payouts begin.

1. Information we collect

Application and account data

When you apply, we collect your email address, first and last name, role, and your date of birth. Date of birth is collected at application solely so we can verify that you are 21 or older, as the program requires; it is stored with your application record. Signing in uses one-time email codes, and we keep sign-in timestamps.

Application review signals

To review applications and prevent abuse, we also record the IP address you apply from and an approximate location derived from it, whether your email domain appears on disposable-email lists, whether details on your application (IP, name, date of birth) match other applications, and whether your email matches an existing Eon store customer.

Click and referral data

When someone visits a link carrying a partner code, we log the timestamp, the code, the landing path, the referring page, the browser's user-agent string, a first-party visitor identifier, and the visitor's IP address stored as a salted hash; we do not store raw click IP addresses. Hashed click IPs are retained for 12 months by default and then deleted.

Acceptance records

When a partner accepts the program terms and acknowledgments, we record which items were checked, the terms version and its content hash, the timestamp, and the IP address of the acceptance. These records exist as evidence of the agreement and are kept for as long as legally relevant.

Customer attribution links

To pay recurring commissions, we associate a referred customer's email address with the referring partner for the lifetime of that customer relationship. A customer (or a partner, for their own data) may request deletion or unlinking of a customer-email attribution link at any time by contacting partners@eonpeptides.com; these requests are processed manually by our support team.

Payout details

Approved partners choose one of three payout methods and provide the matching details: bank account details for ACH transfer, a wallet address for USDC, or nothing extra for store credit. Bank details and wallet addresses are stored encrypted and are accessible only to program administrators. Where legal thresholds are met (for example, $600 or more paid in a calendar year), we may also request tax or identity verification information before further payouts.

2. How we use information

• Reviewing applications and operating partner accounts.
• Tracking referrals and computing commissions accurately.
• Sending transactional email about your application, account, and payouts.
• Detecting fraud, self-referrals, and abuse of the program.
• Meeting legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and program email is strictly transactional; no marketing is sent to partners without a separate opt-in.

3. Retention

Hashed click IPs: 12 months by default. Application records, acceptance records, and commission/payout records: for the life of the account plus any legally required period. Payout details: for as long as your payout method stays on file, plus any legally required record. Customer-email attribution links: for the lifetime of the customer relationship, unless deletion or unlinking is requested as described above.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run the program (hosting, database and authentication, and transactional email delivery) and where the law requires it. Payouts are sent directly by Eon Peptides; we do not hand your payout details to a third-party payout platform. Providers act under contract and only on our instructions.

5. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and customers may request unlinking of their email from a partner as described in section 1. Send requests to partners@eonpeptides.com; we handle them manually and will respond within the timelines applicable law requires. Note that we may need to retain certain records (for example, acceptance records and payout history) where the law requires it.

6. Security

Program data is stored with access controls limiting each partner to their own records, writes are restricted to controlled server-side processes, and click IPs are hashed before storage. No system is perfectly secure; we work to keep the surface small.

7. Changes

We will update this policy as the program evolves, and material changes will be flagged in the partner dashboard or by email.
